Issuu is very interesting and can make beautiful presentations. However, I think it takes a lot of time to understand how it works andhow to use it.  Prezi is much easier and fun. One gets the impression that Prezi is "Power point for Dummies." I am very happy to have discovered Prezi and Issuu, I will use it again for my future presentations.
